Product Description:
The Ergonomic Shop Trolley with Spring-Loaded Shelf is designed to improve efficiency and reduce operator strain in retail, warehouse, stockroom, and order-picking environments. Featuring an automatically adjusting upper shelf, this trolley maintains a more comfortable working height as goods are loaded or removed, helping to reduce bending and repetitive lifting.
Manufactured from galvanised steel with a clear lacquer finish, the trolley offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance for long-term use in demanding commercial environments. Its stackable design allows multiple units to be nested together when not in use, helping to maximise storage space.
The spring-loaded upper shelf automatically adjusts between 810mm and 390mm in height depending on the load, maintaining an ergonomic working position throughout the picking or replenishment process. The shelf is designed to support loads from 0 to 90kg, reaching its lowest position at maximum load.
Equipped with four 125mm castors, including two with brakes, the trolley provides smooth manoeuvrability and secure positioning when stationary.
